Island Booth(s): There are no height restrictions for booth(s) sold as islands.
End-cap Booth(s): Please note that end-cap booth(s) have 8ft height by 10ft width back drape.
Standard in-line and corner booths have an 8 ft. height restriction (as set by IAEE) for all components and materials within the booth space; including pop-up banners.
Cancellation Policy
A refund of less 30% handling fee will be granted for space(s) canceled if requested in writing and postmarked on or before January 8, 2025. No refunds will be granted for space canceled after January 8, 2025.
A $100.00 fee will be applied to exhibitors requesting to move booth locations after their booth has already been selected.
Booth Selection
To select multiple booths, on Windows hold down the "Ctrl" key while you click on the booths, for Macs hold down the command key while you click on the booths (Maximum of 25 selections allowed).
The selection process is timed. You will have 15 minutes from the time you click on the booths you would like to reserve to fill out the payment and contact information below to secure booth space. If the transaction is not completed within 15 minutes the booths will be released to other interested companies.
The Description of Products will be listed in the Conference Guide. Please limit your description to 100 characters and only the products that you will be exhibiting.
